This is a common recipe for the holidays, but it is often made with cream of mushroom soup, and french fried onions. The french fried onions get gross when they are re-heated, and my kids don't like them. Cream of mushroom soup gets really old, as well. My husband says that all those recipes made with cream of mushroom soup taste the same. So this is my version of this casserole.
Easy Green Bean Casserole
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cans cut green beans
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F mix soup and milk in a casserole dish until creamy add green beans and mix well sprinkle bread crumbs to cover the top of the casserole bake for 15-20 mins, until hot and bubbly
