1 lb. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (or use your own sauce if you have it) 1/4 grated parmesan reggiano cheese (buy fresh, it's so much better than the canned stuff) 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese 2 ounces sliced pepperoni
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Boil the tortellini for about 2 minutes. Pour drained tortellini into baking dish. Stir in spaghetti sauce Season with your favorite Italian seasonings (garlic, onion, basil, oregano) sprinkle with parmesan reggiano cheese layer the top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni Cover and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.
I made this for the kids last night and they loved it! This recipe is quick, easy, and yummy, too!
