This is probably one of the easiest dinners to make, and I think it is really tasty, too. Have fun with this and experiment with various ingredients in your pantry. This is a simple dish to make with the kids.
8 oz egg noodles, prepared according to package directions 2 6oz. cans solid white albacore tuna, drained 1 10oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup half-n-half or whole milk 1 small can sweet peas, drained 1 small chopped onion (or use dry minced onion to taste) Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (you may substitute your favorite topping) 2T melted butter
Pour everything except the breadcrumbs and butter into a casserole dish
Mix the breadcrumbs and butter to make a nice crumbly topping
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes until the topping is lightly brown and the casserole is warm.
