I think all kids love Macaroni and Cheese, but homemade is so much better than the frozen or blue box varieties. My kids really look forward to this dish and it's a fun recipe to make with your children.

Frittatas are the easiest thing to make for breakfast and the kids love them. Basically, throw eggs and your favorite omelet goodies into a pan and bake. You can create a simple one-dish meal in less than 15 minutes. You can easily adjust the recipe, depending on how many people you have. Generally, I use two large eggs per serving.
Frittata
8 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup grated parmesan reggiano cheese Dash of salt and pepper
Optional: Chopped ham, prosciutto, or crispy crumbled bacon Chopped or minced onions Sliced mushrooms Minced garlic Chopped parsley Don't be afraid to experiment
Whisk all ingredients together Pour into a greased pie tin, round cake pan, iron skillet, or even muffin tins. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until the center is set. Keep an eye on this, because overcooked eggs are not yummy. Slice and serve right away.
Let me know what you think, or share your own favorite frittata recipes. I'd love to hear from you.

Ice Cream Bread
Prep: 5 min., Bake: 45 min.
This two-ingredient bread is terrific any time of day. Pop it in the oven while you're preparing supper, or serve it for afternoon tea. If you are lucky enough to have leftovers, toast a few slices for breakfast and serve with butter and jam.
1 pint (2 cups) ice cream, softened 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8x4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. Remove from pan, and cool on a wire rack.
Note: Batter may also be divided evenly between 2 greased and floured 5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of bread comes out clean.
Yield: Makes 1 (8-inch) loaf
