Hot Chicken Salad
This is a zesty alternative to your ordinary chicken salad. Hot Chicken Salad is perfect for a light Summer luncheon. You can save time by using canned chicken breast, and most grocery stores carry chopped celery and minced onions in the produce section.
Hot Chicken Salad
3 cups cooked chicken chunks
1/8 cup minced onion
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
20 oz. can drained pineapple chunks
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cup mayonaise
Mix all ingredients together
Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Best when served warm.
